Stay healthy through the holidays with these tips

The holidays are the time of year when people often let their wellness slip. We don't want that to happen to you!

So we have some suggestions for staying fit and healthy through the holidays.

Drink a full glass of water before meals: It works. You'll feel fuller and eat more slowly reducing the chance of overeating. Still, over-imbibing is a likely risk during the holidays.  Liquid Curcumin can provide digestive relief through the holidays and beyond. Plus it has benefits including supporting memory and brain function as well as added immune support.

Stay active: Go for a walk before big dinners and parties. Most people will tell themselves they'll go for a walk after but when the fullness and tryptophan set in, that plan goes out the window! Plus, activity before a celebration around food results in less consumption as your mindset is more focused on fitness.

Joints achy? Grab some Vegetable Glucosamine to lubricate joints and rebuild cartilage. Your knees, ankles, hips and back with thank you! Or take a combo Multi with Joint Support in one shot!

Don't forget Fido: He feels joint aches and pains too but can't express his pain to you. Often our pups are so stoic we don't even know they're in pain until it's debilitating. Canine Glucosamine Plus is a great supplement - even for younger dogs - to help ward off impending joint issues.

Energize naturally: Don't just turn to coffee and short term solutions for rejuvenation. Take a daily shot of Super B Complex and generate that energy in your body naturally. Add to that its immune system support and you'll be setting yourself up for a healthy, happy holiday season and new year.

Sleep well: The key to wellness is proper sleep. If you're not getting a solid 7+ hours of restless sleep each night, you might be putting your health at risk. Get the sleep you deserve with Restorative Slumber. It tastes great and is highly effective in restoring healthy sleep without any potential for dependency or side effects.

From our family to yours, we hope you have an amazing and healthy holiday season and a happy new year.

Stay well,

The Vaughan Family
