What does GMP Certified mean?
GMP (cGMP) stands for Current Good Manufacturing Practices. cGMPs are standards designed to ensure consistent and safe products. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires that dietary supplement companies utilize cGMPs in their preparation methods so that products are manufactured, stored, tested and recorded for quality and safety. The FDA does not regulate or approve dietary products but it does inspect manufacturing facilities and oversees general marketing claims.

Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs) as described in 21 CFR 111. For in-depth information about CGMPs, see FDA’s Guidance for Industry.

How are your products regulated?
The FDA does not test, approve, endorse or certify dietary supplement products. Because there is no approval process, the manufacturer or distributor is responsible to ensure that the dietary supplement product they introduce into the market is safe.

Where are your products made?
We are proud to be manufactured in Star, Idaho, USA. While we do make every effort to purchase ingredients from U.S. based companies and suppliers, some products and ingredients are sourced globally.

What is a proprietary blend?
A proprietary blend is a combination of ingredients that is intellectual information exclusive to a formulator or manufacturer. Blends that are listed as “proprietary” usually list ingredients but do not list the absolute amounts of the ingredients in the formula.

Do liquids really provide better nutrient absorption?
According to the highly respected and referenced Physicians’ Desk Reference (designed to provide physicians with the full legally mandated information applicable to all prescription drugs), only about 10% to 20% of the nutrients in vitamin pills are absorbed by the body. Pills, tablets and capsules are made with many fillers and binding ingredients that can actually inhibit absorption of active nutrients. Liquid vitamins and sprays can be utilized and absorbed up to 98%.

How do I take your liquid vitamins? Do you use BPA free bottles?
Our liquid supplements are all available in quart size (32 oz). They come in a BPA free bottle with a 1 oz serving cap. The serving size of liquid products is a 1 oz portion so a bottle generally includes a one month supply. You may take with juice or in smoothies. You may also take as a one ounce shot, we do try to limit natural flavoring and do not use artificial flavors or colors. Shake prior to use.

When can I expect results?
With our Smart Multi, B-Complex, Blood Sugar Balance, Enhanced Focus and Restorative Slumber formulas you should feel the full benefits right away. Products such as our Vegetable Glucosamine, Multi-Vitamin with Joint Support and Liquid Curcumin will take 1-2 weeks for you to feel and experience full benefit.

Do you have additional information on your plant based glucosamine?
Our vegetarian glucosamine is GreenGrown®, a 100% vegan source glucosamine, that meets USP specifications, and is protected by US and EU patents. Certified Non-GMO and Kosher certified.

Do I need to refrigerate?
No, it is not necessary to refrigerate our liquid products but many consumers do so based on personal preference. We do advise against refrigeration for our pet products specifically the canine concentrate which includes horsetail herb. The fibers of the horsetail herb tend to cling to each other if refrigerated or frozen. If any of our liquids are or have been frozen they are still effective. Leave at room temperature and give a good shake prior to next use.

What do people use colloidal silver for?
Colloidal silver is used to fight bacteria, viruses, fungus and yeast. We offer it in 2 oz and 4 oz bottles with droppers. Colloidal silver is sold by PPM (Parts Per Million), the higher the PPM equals higher concentrations.
