Immunity While Aging

While maintaining a strong immunity system is important for everyone, as people age, the capacity of the immune system is reduced, and it is important to take steps to stay as healthy and strong as possible. Harvard Medical School pointed to one possible explanation of this as being the fact that as we age, people tend to eat less and have less variety in their diets. Dietary supplements may help maintain a healthier immune system.
